Laqlouq, also spelled Laklouk is a small mountainous village in a mountainous area in the Jbeil District of Mount Lebanon Governorate, Lebanon.

27 $/person including 🚌 transport (comfortable air-conditioned Pullman), professional guides, 5 minutes warming up, stretching, & snowshoes.
Children 18 years old and younger will have a discount of 8%. (25 $/person)
Groups of 5 and plus get a discount of 8%/person (25 $/person)
Without snowshoes 17$ and 27$ with snowshoes.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the event start date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the amount of 15$ as a provision for liquidated damages.

📜 DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT:

Definitely, a sunset snowshoeing in Laqlouq is an option to spend winter evenings. Laqlouq is a winter resort, encircled by jagged ridges and terraces bearing thousands of trees. In addition to alpine skiing, Laqlouq is also one of the best resorts suited for cross-country skiing. Mostly visited by families, Laqlouq had its first ski lift installed in 1958, followed by major enhancements to the slopes and the creation of a (very) qualified ski school.

🥈 Level 5: About 8 KM (3.0 hours) It is a moderate walk with very light ascents and descents. It will be a great snowshoeing session and a lovely day with the group at sunset time.

You will be able to see rare views particular to this altitude terrain. The scenery is great! Changes from this stage, you will pass through white peaks, giving the impression of being in the sky. The trail will take you to the beautiful lakes.
This sunset snowshoeing must not be missed. It will imprint unforgettable memories of a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

🎒 WHAT TO TAKE:

Healthy snacks that will boost your energy include dried fruits, lunch, water, cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, woolen hat, and gloves. Don’t forget anything waterproof to prevent your clothes from getting wet. Wear comfortable walking shoes (A professional brand is recommended) and don’t forget to get a light jacket.
