ITINERARY AND TOUR DAY BY DAY:

Day 1: Friday, April 29, 2022,       BEIRUT / LARNACA

Departure from the airport of Beirut to the airport of Larnaca. Meet & assist you by our representative and transfer to the hotel, check-in, and overnight in Larnaca.

 

Day 2: Saturday, April 30, 2022,       STRAVROVOUNI – LARNACA

Larnaca Hike + Lunch

Hiking in Larnaca: Stavrovouni – Anglisides nature trail

The path is the mountain of Stavrovouni to Larnaca Side. It starts just below the Monastery of Stravrovouni & ends 2km outside Anglisides village. Characteristics are the beautiful reforested areas. It offers impressive views of the Larnaca region.

Among others, you will see the airport – the salt marshes – the city of Larnaca.

The trail connects to the path Agia Varvara – Stravrovouni – Stavropefkos – Aspradi.

Starting point: Road to Stavrovouni, 2km before Stavrovouni Monastery

Trail length: 2.5km

Lunch in Larnaca – Cyprus Style Meze

Return to hotel & overnight.

Day 3: Sunday, May 01, 2022 FINIKOUDES (Beach Day) – MACKENZIE (Night Party)

Breakfast,

Finikoudes – The city beach is the place where open-air events such as concerts & sporting events take place. A large grandstand was built to the east of the beach especially for this purpose. You can also find a large number of sunshades & sunbeds on-site, which you can use for a small surcharge. Along the 500m, long beach is a promenade where you will find a variety of international restaurants, shops & hotel complexes. Larnaca’s sandy beach is bordered on one side by the harbour & on the other by the town castle.

Optional lunch choice of your own.

Return to hotel & rest till evening.

At night, transfer to Ammos Beach Bar in the Mackenzie area. Ammos Beach Bar is widely celebrated as a trailblazer, responsible for upping the island’s culinary & nightlife game, & breathing life back into the beachfront called home.

Return to hotel & overnight. 

Day 4: Monday, April 02, 2022, TROODOS & Departure

Breakfast at hotel & check out.

Omodos – Troodos – Kakopetria: First Holy Cross. The ‘arkatena’ bread of Omodos is famous across Cyprus, while the women of the village are well versed in the art of embroidery, having for centuries created delicate decorative items with thread. The following stop will bring us to Troodos square – a popular cobbled street square offering market stalls. Free time for shopping & coffee with an amazing view. Next stop is popular Kakopetria village – the beautiful central square of Kakopetria with the tall plane trees & coffee shops, where you can try the traditional homemade sweets of the area & you can sit around the fireplace stop which will bring you to the traditional & picturesque Cypriot village called Omodos, where you can visit Timios Stavros Monastery. You will visit the famous watermill, which was built in the 18th century, also a walk-behind Clarios river with the most beautiful nature in Cyprus. Then transfer to the airport for your flight back to Beirut.
