DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT:

Laqlouq is a winter and summer resort, encircled by jagged ridges and terraces bearing thousands of trees. In addition to alpine skiing, Laqlouq is also one of the best resorts suited for cross-country skiing.
Walk on the high peaks of our beautiful country and enjoy the fresh air and the great landscape.
We have been to Laqlouq for snowshoeing last winter, this time we are going for a night hike under the full moon light. So, don’t miss the opportunity to contemplate the sky and the nature of region from the hill we are going to be. It is the hill of “Saydet El Arn” located on an altitude of 2150 m above sea level. A big white cross stand there overlooking the area.
HIKING LEVEL. 1 to 3 for easy, 4 to 6 for intermediate, 7 to 9 for strenuous.
It is an exceptional hike. The amazing scenery that your eyes catch upon reaching these amazing landscapes is indescribable. We will spend the evening there, enjoy a clear sky full of stars away from the tension and the hot weather of summer days.
We will walk for couple of hours to reach the top of the hill; our trail is ascendant for about 5 km.
As usual we will end this night adventure by a cozy gathering around a homemade mankoushe dinner on saj, boil tea and roasted potatoes cooked by local villagers.

Healthy snacks that will boost up your energy such as dried fruit, water. Wear comfortable walking shoes (A professional brand is recommended) and don’t forget to get a flashlight and a light jacket since it gets cold at night.
