📜 DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT:

First, we will visit the tomb and Museum of Patriarch Elias Hoayek in Sainte Famille Convent.
We will hike together in one group along a downhill easy path.
We will get to walk along the mountain on a Phoenician track overlooking the spectacular Mediterranean Sea, reach breathtaking views exposed to the 🌅 sun. We will walk down from Aabrine to Batroun.cc
The track is not hard. The walk will be around 2.3 hrs. to 3 hrs, we will visit in our way the spring “Ain El Jdide” than “St Charbel cut off” (Mar Charbel Al Mokata3). The views are spectacular every step of the way, till we get Batroun Village.
From there will take the bus to Batroun, to visit the historic “St. Stephan’s Cathedral”. There walking in the old Souk, will go to the “Phoenician fortress and wall” and visit “Our Lady of the Sea” to finish our walk at “Makaad el Mir” by the sea where we will take some magical photos.
As usual, we will end this night’s adventure with a cozy gathering around a drink at Hilmi’s House, its Lemonade Drink prepared by local habitants. Ramadan Kareem!
This sunset hike must not be missed. It will imprint unforgettable memories of a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
